By accessing and using the Digipet app, users (“You” or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Digipet app

2. Account Creation

To use Digipet, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3. Use of Service

Digipet allows users to interact with AI actors (“agents ’s”) and purchase items. These services are provided for your personal and non-commercial use only.

4. Purchases

You may purchase items within the Digipet app using the methods provided. All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use Digipet in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of others.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Digipet and its contents are and will remain the exclusive property of Digipet and its licensors.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of Digipet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digipet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of Digipet after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Digipet app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
